I'm immensely grateful to all my followers over the last two months. The paletas blog has become an unexpected, but healing part of my journey. Popsicles will soon give way to something perhaps a bit warmer and more substantial, at least until next summer. I'm curious to see what is around the corner. It's always an exciting ride!
